Threads have on the topic have been closed as complaints have been received regarding some of the content therein.
Investigations are underway by Highland Council and there are several strands to this and given the range of organisations etc involved a report is as yet not available. There are procedures to be followed and this is underway.
If a press release is issued on the matter by Highland Council it will be published on the site and the main thread psssibly re-opened to allow further comment.
