I take bogg standerd photos and tweek them on Photoshop?

Yup, I tweek in Photoshop CS2, after processing them in Lightroom. I also have elements 1 that I use for somethings as it is has a few handy things that are buried in CS2.

I use PSP 9 but have no idea of how to use it properly, all i can do is remove noise basically :roll:
don't suppose anyone wants to teach me what i am doing?
