Phil Vickery has a recipe book of gluten free recipes called Seriously Good! Gluten-Free Cooking.

Take any recipe from anywhere and use cornflour instead of ordinary flour and hey! you have a gluten free recipe. :)

I use rice flour butter egg yolk and milk it makes lovely base for quiche or pies.
