I'm looking to move up to the Caithness area this summer from Inverness.

Could anyone tell me roughly how much I should be looking to pay per month to rent something detatched in a rural area, with maybe 3 bedrooms ish ?

I have got a house in the country 3 bedroom with a driveway new bathroom brand new kitchen half furnished recently decorated its got a coal fire and were paying £400 a month

Thanks guy, thats given me more of an idea. I think the prices are very fair, compared with Inverness rentals.

Have you tried looking further out from Inverness itself?

What are you looking for in Caithness? If I was looking for somewhere up there and I had dogs I would be looking at Dunnet for the beach and woods.
