have you killed it with kindness? Is the soil wet or dry? If its wet, let it dry out a bit, and maybe it will show signs of recovery.

i have a bonsai graveyard in my garden.. precious wee things they are... forget one time of watering... poof! and too much water... poof! what kind is it???
