Aww Jovi yer old man looks fab, you should show him in the veteran classes. I think we should celebrate these old ones, I scrubbed up Windy last year and took her and she had a ball. Mind you she is a spring chicken at 28 but was beaten by a 38 year old.

Love the dogs, specially Diesal :)

Hi Munron,yes he's doing well..but just at the moment I don't feel like celebrating him being a veteran.On Friday was able to put the horses out for the first time in a few days and they were all a bit hyped up.As he's the oldest and smallest (of those in) I decided to leave him till last....BIG MISTAKE! He managed to take me off my feet,had a visit to A+E and have pulled/torn the ligaments in my knee....34..somebody please tell him..veteran ha! I'd be done for false advertising!!! ;):lol:

If it is any consolation it is my 28 year old who I fear the most, she has got quicker with the hooves and teeth. I have had bad thoughts about her ha ha

I hope you are on the mend :)

Hi Munron, it could have been worse but very sore and with all the snow and ice its hard to get about. Bobby was in a pony sanctuary when we started working with them and we took him on as a friend for our own horse (note - singular at that point) He'd had a pretty tough time and was phobic about stables,gateways,trailers etc..anywhere he felt closed in. He was used to being ridden into the ground by kids, resulting in him being too strong for kids to ride,a lot of probs but sooo cute.We've had him about 14yrs and pleased to say most problems long gone. He lives a happy retirement with his ladyfriend 'Jazz'.He hasn't got a bad bone in his body but very rarely, if worried goes into a blind panic and there's no stopping him,he's incredibly strong and still thinks he's 2. We're still friends,these things happen..and he's still very cute ;):lol:
