Thanks for your comments.Was hoping to get out to Kildonan or Forsinard tomorrow for some real winter shots providing the frost the returns through the night,no fun yomping through deep damp snow.

Its a cracker MPH. Shame we didnt have more in Thurso.

Thanks Kas,No photoshopped sky either,used ND and ND grad filters to darken the sky and get a darker blue otherwise the grass would have been lost against a bright,pale blue sky.Yes its a shame there wasn't more snow around Thurso,especially along the coast.Would have made for even better photo opps.

We had some amazing crystalised grass out the back last night. Watched it twinkling for ages. Very unusual as we are just above the sea and seldom have really hard jack frost.

Lovely photos. I like looking, just never took to snapping them.
