Just read this and was some what surprised, I used to go regularly and then found out that so many screens are not tested properly so it was nothing to do with a busy life but the fact that the results were unreliable.
I challenged my then doctor on the worth of the test and she had to agree that with so many mistakes being made it was 50/50 as to whether one got an accurate result.
It is a great shame that this has happened in the past , I just hope that The NHS can get it's act together as it is a woman's life at risk and the earlier this disease is recognised the better.
Even with the misgivings it is better to get the test done than not as this is normally easily treated.
