Gizmo, January 1990 - 31/12/09 :(
My old friend wasn't quite strong enough to make it to his 20th birthday, he had a damn good life though, my house is just not the same without him :(

aww poor gizmo so sorry to hear i lost my cat nearly 2 yrs ago now and just got myself a kitten its feels so good to have a cat back in the home.

aww poor gizmo so sorry to hear i lost my cat nearly 2 yrs ago now and just got myself a kitten its feels so good to have a cat back in the home.

I still have three 6yr old cats, so the house is not totally empty, but Gizmo has been with me for nearly my entire adult live, he's been the only constant thing in my life over the last 20 years, most mornings i would wake up to the sound of his extra loud purr as he would be lying on my pillow, it's those little things that make it horrible :(

I was so sorry to hear of your beloved pet. I know how it feels as I have lost cats myself. At least Gizmo had a long and happy life.

Oh Gizmo I am so very, very sorry on the sad loss of your lovely namesake.

Yes it was good that he lived to almost 20 but that certainly doesn't make his loss any easier and yes you have other cats which I am sure will be a great comfort but he has left a gap which none of your others can fill both in your home and in your heart.

I know you will have many happy memories which will give you great comfort in time.

i know how you are feelimg gizmo i lost my cat he was 18 this summer and boy do i miss him still have his sister she is still going strong bless her xxxxxxxxx

I'm so sorry to hear about Gizmo. What a beautiful cat he was... It's so hard to let go when they've been part of your life for so long. I hope you take some consolation from the fact that you made his life a wonderful one.

So sorry to hear your cat has passed away. He must have had a fabulous life with you and what an amazing age to reach. So many years of memories and he obviously had an amazing home and much happiness and contentment.
You should be very proud of yourself for giving him all that.

My heart goes out to you, as we too had to say goodbye to our Gizmo, aged 13, just before Christmas, as she had an in-operable tumour on her tongue. Your Gizmo looks like my Gizmo's mum, also departed. May they rest in peace in cat heaven.
