I have been forunate to have been given the chance of having a taste of some of John Inglis products this weekend, the Hot Smoked Salmon was fantastic, the Smoked Eggs were a truly different taste, I have still to try the Smoked Orkney Cheddar, many thanks to Willie & Renée for letting me have an epicurean weekend.

Agreed - my brother wanted some Caithness smoked salmon for his Christmas present and John put together a fabulous selection of goods for me and arranged the delivery to Hertfordshire.

Smoked Mussels, if you haven't tried them - do, they are lovely!!!

Yes it is great place. He works really hard. I take my hat off to him. I think the best smoked fish you will get any were in UK ;)
