The Watten OPR's (transcriptions) have been sent to CFHS for inclusion in their web site. Should be available shortly.
Have started transcribing the Latheron OPR's but I am afraid this will take some time since the early records, to put it mildly, were recorded in a very poor manner. They are full of abreviations and the spelling of some of the names, both place and personal, are spelled in different ways.e.g the name Sutherland is spelled at least six different ways. Will see how I get on and will keep yoo updated. I also sent a Word file called Watten Odds and Ends to CFHS and hope that they can include it since there is, I think, some interesting stuff in it.
