Flash and Firefox

Trying to play videos on facebook and comes up need latest version of Flash downloaded version 10,0,12,36 but still comes up with same despite rebooting, refreshing page etc

Running Firefox 3.0.16.

Did you manually install flash ? when your missing a pluggin using firefox it will ask you to download it, 99% of the time this fails and you need to go to the relevent www and download and install it.

Make sure no firefox windows are open when you install it !

I am using Win 7 with F-Fox 3.5.6 and Shockwave Flash 10.0.22.87
