To all the staff at the TSB branch in Thurso how thoughtful and kind they have been to me got a wee cleaning job there three weeks ago and went to work tonight and was so delighted to get a lovely note to say how happy they were with my work also they left a gift for me for xmas which was so kind but the copliment they gave me meant loads to me but i would like to let people out there there is people out there that appreciate what you do thank you all the staff at the TSB you made me feel ace hope you all have a lovely xmas and a happy new year and thank you for all your kindness CHEERS DOREEN:Razz

Well done Doreen, and well done TSB for acknowledging your skill as a Cleaner.
A company should never under-estimate the importance of such skills, after all that company is only as good as the first impression of the customer . ( I think that came from IBM many years ago )

Keep up the good work, it makes everyone feel so much better.
