I have been watching the "Night Of Heroes" on ITV, What a proud moment for all involved. The female and some of the male audience showed such compassion to honour those service men and women all with lumps of pride in their throats through the entire programme, brilliant.
The heroes themselves what a genuine bunch, such humility for their fellow comrades when receiving the awards.
Finally but not least the mothers who came together through greif and now have a common purpose to care for the ones still fighting, my words are not enough to express the gratitude the nation of the UK should feel..... Well done ITV for a good production.
PS: can anyone imagine the current no1 being "sung" at an event like that.
