BBC iplayer

I find the BBC iplayer most useful to catch up on missed programmes but I get a very dark picture. Any advice on how to lighten it up. Everything else on my computer is clear and bright.

It shouldn't have anything to do with your internet provider - that would really only affect how well it streamed I would have thought. I think the other comment is probably right, I've had problems with it when I used Chrome, but I've now been using Firefox for a while and never had any more problems.
