change the programme that downloads my photos from camera to pc?

currently it default programme is PSP but want to change it to PS but don't know how to do it............anyone able to advise?

Just read your post properly, not sure the info below is what your after. May point you in the right direction tho



For XP, My computer, Tools, File Types.

Depending on what file type the images are, you need to find them in the list and edit them. Highlight appropriate, and choose change. Select the prog.

Could be an easier way and not to sure about vista, may be the same, can't remember.

You can also right click an image you wish to open and choose open with, your prog should be in there if you don't want to mess with file associations.
