I have been looking for ages for births of the above, without any luck, I have however discovered that Helen's surname is spelt SHERAR on their son William's baptism entry on S.P can anyone help? also James Murray and Janet Coghill, I still can't find anything for them. I found the death of Janet lindsay Murray 1916 in Cathcart,Glasgow age 52 on SP and her other names were chisolm coghill bowie.

Thanks Cuthill, but I don't think there is any connection, as far as I can see they stayed in Caithness, Thanks again.

Tricia, All have at the moment is that there were 5 children all born in Olrig, from 1774 to 1790 , David born 1774 Alexander born 1776 Elizabeth born 1779 Donald x 3 Gt Grandad born 1782 whose wife was Catherine Gollach and Christian born 1790 in Nether. I can't seem to get any further. Thanks
