I have been trying to buy a new pay as you go mobile from the above website but get as far as "process order" and then it comes up as a technical fault with a number to call. The operators tell me they can do a contract phone over the phone, but not PAYG...........cunning plan to have us all on contract perhaps?? Use doesn`t justify a contract, just for emergencies and £20 top up can last 3-4 months. Anyone else having similar problems?

That is the same site I was on earlier. I have tried again, gone through all the pages and got the fault page at the end. Customer services just say to try again next week or go to the Vodafone shop............yeah mega miles away!!

I will try it again tomorrow on another PC.
