Has anyone else noticed that petrol has gone up four times in two weeks i thought the budget was no rise in petrol or am i wrong

I dont think the national news papers know about us here in caithness .
As they said today that petrol may shoot upto £1 during the summer .
LOL little do they know we have lived this more than once :(

Nothing to do with the budget - just world shortage. We'll soon all be using veggie oil.

£1.01 for unleaded here in Wick, I was in Glasgow last week and the petrol at Asda cost only 90.9p!! Inverness Tesco was 95p.

I remember needing petrol a few years ago while out in John O' Groats, to my total horror it was 93p a litre, I did not buy the petrol but waited until getting home to Wick. Now it's a bargain it it's under a quid a litre! [mad]

Tesco inverness 96p for unleaded today. :( people in the central belt who have a good public transport network should pay more than the people in rural areas who need private transport!

Filled up in Watten today It was full service with a smile. It was 101.5 pence for diesel which is better than some of the other prices I have seen but still WAY too much IMHO.
