A friend of mine can't log onto the forum as she has forgotten her password, she has gone through the forgotten password link on several occasions which asks for your email address so it can resend it to you but it is not sending anything to her address, she has checked her junk mail box also, also emailed Bill on his address to try to sort this out but has had no reply, what does she do next?
