Missing cats in caithness

I dont know if any1 else is concerned that in the last year the amount of cats that has gone misssing in caithness, especially the bower area, threw castletown to thurso area?? I am deeply concerned!! Even tho my cat went missing 5 month ago from castletown,, ive read and ben told about so many others that have never returned!!!

It does seem odd right enough. Has it been happening for years and its just because we have the org nowadays and know about more or is it just recently more are missing? [para]
Does anyone at the Cats Protection have any sugestions or theories? :)
