Beetle Identification?

Just wondering if anyone can tell me what species of beetle this is?

It looked odd and I hadn't seen it before. Seen it in Inverness.

It looks like some kind of shield bug. Maybe this one?

We have quite a few of the common green ones here in the summer, but I've never seen one of these in Thurso.
