flat roofs

anyone got any comments on these new rubber flat roofs? are they expensive?

Very durable and good for the price.
Felt is just so unreliable in Caithness.

We had one fitted about four years ago, very pleased with it, no problems and the workmen were very good.

I refelted our porch roof 10 years ago and fair enough its close to needing redone. I would have called that fairly reliable, 2 layers under and adhesive but it has done fine.
