drains

ok some advice neede here. my problem is my drains keep blocking with kitchen waste i have had wick blast out on more than a few ocasions at some cost. we do not pute kitchenwaste down our drain we share our drain wth the neighbour both houses are privately owned so it would apear that my neighbour has a part to play in this so i am asuming i oculd exspect them to either pay half or get their end sorted..?? i supose my problem is being to soft.

hi compo.have you look up title deeds on house,as there is laws on
on shared drains , boundarys ect,where neighbour has to share up keep
off properties.hope this helps.
