Oh no! So sad when animals are away from their owners!

As binbob asked on another thread...what will happen to the dogs if nobody comes forward?

Any stray dogs picked up are kept by the council for the statutory 7 day period, after that they are available for rehoming so anyone ever looking to offer a home for a dog please get in touch with me on 01955 607737. Foster homes also needed :Razz

Sadly this dog was not claimed but there is a happy ending for this boy he has found a lovely new country home. http://forum.caithness.org/images/icons/icon7.gif

Its brilliant that he is now in a new home. Shame the owners did not come forward though! I would love to help all these animals but sadly dont have the money to support any more of a farm at the moment! :~(

It is unbelievable that no one has claimed this poor doggy!:confused

Still it sounds like he has landed on his paws and got a lovely new home where he may be appreciated more.

Well done mop top!!! You do a sterling work looking after the dogs in Caithness.
