venue suggestion

looking for somewhere to host an 18th birthday party in Thurso. Can't be a licenced venue as the majority of those attending will be under 18 so alcohol couldn't be served but may be given to those who are of age

Basically I think I am looking for somewhere like Scrabster community centre but in Thurso!!

Appreciate any suggestions??

Janet street club is a good one to hire. I used it for my 3yr olds birthday party and paid £30 for the hall.

did think of that but unsure how they will be with teenagers coming and going as planning a scavenger hunt during the afternoon and as its an 18th some drink will be available but obviously Janet St couldn't sell it to under 18's

Y-Nots a great venue for any 18th birthday - there has been a few held there before. The staff are very cafeful who they sell alcohol to, asking for ID, but its still available for those who are old enough. They also put on a very good spread if required :D

on 2nd thoughts she's there most weekends so maybe not!
