Sky Tv help required

My sky has no satalite signal being received does any one know how to sort this in time for Arsenal game tonight!! Sky no help at all

Are you sure the cable has'nt fallin out the back. Go SERVICES SYSTEM SETUP SIGNAL TEST IF STRENGTH and QUALITY low then dish has moved. if no signal at all cable is loose

First of all try switching the box off at the mains then switching it back on, this sometimes helps.
Other than that it could be that the dish has moved, the only way to solve this is to try and get it back to it's original position which is quite tricky without a satellite finder meter.
