Anyone out there know of a personal trainer. And no it's not for me before
all those that know me start adding their comments.;)

hi there folks,

myself and another 2 ladies (to keep costs down) are looking for a personal trainer probably twice a week to help us get into a routine that we can then follow ourselves to get in shape. probably looking at having someone for a month maybe 2 depending on cost.

any ideas or know of anyone please
