Isn't there a big Highland Games there every year? Beautiful pics, you get a real feeling of the expanse of trees

yes, there is a highland gathering every year. the reason behind it is that many scots came to North Carolina to settle. or was sent there as part of a penal colony or sold into indentured servitude.
