was wondering if if was against the road trafic laws for coaches to uplift and drop off in front of the royal hotel in thurso. i hae mentioned this to other folk that seeing as they are parking rite on the traffic lights there that surely they where in the wrong. i was duely informed that there is some old bylaw dating back to the stage coach days aloowing the modern day coaches to stop there is this true..???
