anyone know where I can buy pickling vinegar,got loads of beetroot ready,yum-yum!!

Just use any vinegar. Add peppercorns, chillies if you like it spicy. etc

I have also been using ordinary vinegar for our beetroot, we have had a bumper crop. :)
