pasta or chicken recipes

i've been told that i have gallstones and im looking for pasta or chicken recipes ones thats not to rich but that have got a taste to them.I love currys but this will only be a treat.Thanks in advance:)

Cooked pasta
cooked chicken
cooked ham or bacon
onion and mushroom if you like (cooked)
cheese sauce
grated cheese


put everything in a casserole and mix with cheese sauce. Cook in oven (about 180) until everything is hot and cheese has melted
