Boat 2 burn!

Theatre Modo is urgently looking for a wooden boat, or parts of a wooden boat between 8ft and 20ft in length, to burn in a shipwreck scene of their upcoming street parade, '2009:A Sinclair Odyssey', on the 11th September. Since we will be burning the boat/parts for the scene, we won't be able to return it!

Any ideas on where we can get hold of one would be much appreciated!

I do hope you wont be wrecking a perfectly repairable wooden boat now!! That would be just awful.

Theres a few old wooden boats lying around Castlehill Harbour at Castletown. A few are definately well beyond saving. Dunno who owns em though. Any ideas?...........

There is a nice new marina in wick just go along and help yourself to one i'm sure no one will mind much ;)

A mate of mine dumped an 18 foot one only last week. Pity you didnt mention it earlier. Aah well..............
