West Noss

Can anyone tell me whether West Noss is anywhere near Dunnet? I'm looking for the parents of a Margaret Swanson born about 1767 in West Noss. I find a Margaret Swanson who was born 19 November 1767 in Dunnet. Might that be the same person?

I'd appreciate any enlightenment anyone can shed!

I would think West Noss is in the parish of Wick. There is an East Noss mentioned in the 1841 census for Wick but no mention of a West Noss.
Noss is approx 20 miles from Dunnet.
