I'm no so sure it's nutty.
900 kids getting involved in a collective initiative must be good no matter how silly the scheme may be.

"After paying £9 for a three-week bus pass - cheaper than it would otherwise be - students can take part in free activities such as archery and football ."

I'm impressed, if I were a kid I'd sign up straight away.

There's no way we would have been allowed to use bows and arrows or kick a football around on the bus when I was young.....how times change.

The bows and arrows are needed because too many bus drivers are cowboys. ;)

So how easy is it to actually catch a bus i bet there really crafty and you would need some sort of acme lassoo with some diesel in the middle

Either that or look for an older bus i would imagine they are not as fast as the newer sleeker ones nowadays :)

Nah, the people from Bury need it. They've only just gotten new fangled diesel powered buzzes up there.
All the horses have been retired to the glue factory.

What you need to be worried about is the scandalous cover up of the failure rate!

I`m the one who is armed with a Compound hunting crossbow laying on the dashboard loaded and ready to fire:lol:. (just joking- for the outraged members)
Plus I haven`t driven a bus since 4th June, and will not be able to until the DVLA say I`m ok to drive again.
