There has been a boat out in the bay at scrabster for over a week now, it sounds like its doing something especially at nights, but i dont know what they are doing, please help and cure my curiosity please lol.[lol][lol]

Looked or it caught my eye the other day after the news about that Russian ship ARCTIC SEA that was "hijacked", they look like very similar vessels, deck structure, stern structure.

believe it is waiting for work like a lot more .they cant afford harbour dues etc.
