Which church for Bighouse/Portskerra?

Could someone please tell me what church would have been likely to be attended by folk living in the Bighouse/Portskerra area during the 1820s/1830s? (I'm presuming Church of Scotland, but where would the nearest congregation have met?)

I would presume people would go to church in Strathy as Bighouse is in the Parish of Strathy.

I notice the church in Strathy was only built in 1828; what would have been the nearest church before it was built?
