Well done to Wick High under15s for getting through to quarter final of the Scottish Sheild , they are playing tommorrow against Braeview(Dundee) at Wick High 11.30, if anyone wanting to go see them go through to the semi's.
Well done to those kid's let's hope they win.
Good luck for your match today. We know you can win. Just like the U13's in the Coca Cola 7's.

WHS should be thrown out of the competition. It's a bad day when a school from another area has to be subjected to this kind of behaviour by a few mindless morons. they should slap ASBO'S on them, its probably the only qualification these scum will gain anyway.

It would send a message to the decent kids to make a stance against the morons. It would also tell Braeview that we take this matter seriously and we are acting against the thugs. These thugs are known to the football team as well as the rest of the school.

Kicking WHS out of the competition is not sending a message to make a stance against the morons. This will intice more trouble. The well known morons who caused this trouble should be expelled from school..They have no respect.. the Bayview boy's had to stay inside the changing rooms until teachers tried to move these morons on..The police was eventually called after they refused to move on.

I remember being in the Hillhead school years ago & 2 kids in our footie team misbehaved while on a after school trip, nothing to do with the better behaved players, Well anyway our teacher miss Robertson was so angry with these 2 that she took the school team out of all competitions & gave away our place in the county cup that year!
We had a very good team at the time & had beaten South school 5-0, North 5-0 then Lybster 10-4, so you can imagine how sick we were with the 2 boys.
Next year we got to the final:grin: only to lose 5-4[mad]
But you should not punish the team ,when it is not collectively their fault, Its just not fair on the boys is it? Punish the kids involved but not those who arent.

Kicking Wick high school football team out of the competition may anger some and only lead to perhaps more trouble..between the morons and the boy's who have lost out through their stupidness. you're not from wick then?

While Beavis and Butthead are tanning in the Bayview bus going,"HHawww,Haaaawwww,Hey,Hawwwww,Hawww."
The Wick team did themselves proud and hopefully will get their chance to go further in the cup.

yes a two day suspension will really have them quaking in their boots, or will they just see it as an extended easter holiday? Surely prosecution of the scum and/or their parents is a better way forward. The police have the powers but are reluctant to use them (and the scum know this.) This way would be little comfort for Braeview, but at least they would see that justice is being done.
It would also send a meesage to the morons and their parents.
The boy's are playing semi- finals today (thursday) in Inverness at Cally Thistle stadium against St Andrews High school. Kick off about 2 - 2.30pm.If your in Inverness go along give and them some support.

Lets hope they do as well in the final.
