white page..blank

I was silly yesterday and pressed something about WHITE PAGE.........since then whenever I leave a website...allm i now get is this BLANK WHITE PAGE. I then have start all over again..can someone please help me to sort this out.will be very grateful.thank u.

Sounds like it has installed some malware / spyware or a trojan virus that has taken over your browser homepage.

I'd run a scan using either (or both) Malwarebytes or Spybot. see links below on how to get these for free

Malwarebytes - http://www.malwarebytes.org/

Spybot - http://www.safer-networking.org/en/mirrors/index.html

Run the scan and it will tell you what it has found, then it will highlight the viruses and you will click on a button to delete what it found, then change your homepage back to what you want by going to tools ==> internet options.
