trying to trace my family tree

just wondering if anyone can help me with this

i am looking for information on births and deaths of my great grandparents

all i know is when they were married

mr william swanson & margaret sinclair , married on 2nd feb 1917 (possibly in bower) but they lived in watten

any help appriciated

Get yourself down to the registrars office

Log on to scotlandspeople.gov.uk, and you able to see the marriage certificate including the parents name - there will be a small charge for this

Did you find out the parents names and what were they names, people might help you in further research.
