Out a walk this afternoon at the riverside and crossed the Coghill Bridge and found it has a 6 Feet barrier to stop you getting onto the riverside path you can not get access to the path up the river either.
At the same time as i tried to get over the bridge there was a couple who had a caravan on the caravan site at the river wishing to walk to high street via the river but had to go the long way.
Have been told it was put up by the County show people.
Are they correct in doing this?
I thought it was a council path maintained by us the taxpayers.:mad:
