Help me please i am going crazy i want to listen to my music and i have no sound. Before anyone says anything i have the speaker on ,they are plugged in, the sound is on them, its up full ,it not muted on the keyboard what is the problem HELP ME PLEASE :( :cry:

Check to see the computer is not muted. Go to volume control on your task bar or in your control panel and make sure it is not muted or turned down.
