Roddick's bottled the tie-break. 1-1, game over. Had his chance and Federer will power to victory now.

I don't think it will that one sided.

I am liking Andy to take it. That was a glitch, he has form in tie breaks.

Hey, at least it is a match worthy of the occasion now!

Would have liked to have seen how Federer would have reacted from 2 sets down though. Now that would have been interesting.

Sheesh - just how long can this go on ?

EDIT: Will say that Roddick appears the more composed of the two...

I was under the impression it was only sports played in Caithness that could be discussed on here.

Gutted for Roddick, he's worked so hard on his whole game this year.

Okay then, I shall be more specific.

I was under the impression that it was only sporting events taking place within Caithness that could be discussed on here. ;)

Jox - report it to the mods if it upsets you that much.

Now back to the match - no doubt they'll turn this into 'The Best Wimbledon Final Ever' but for me, it was fairly devoid of quality tennis. Big serves, little tennis.

Well done to Fed, and a great champion he is, but in my book Beckerer was betterer than Federer.

I wish Roddick had won, it was a long game but not as exciting as I had hoped.
