I've been going out to the butcher in Castletown for quite some time now, their meat is second to none, a huge selection, and the staff are very friendly indeed.
Whilst I was there today they had a new sausage on display 'Lamb and Herb' - I wasn't too sure if I'd like them so I only bought a few and we had them tonight - they are delicious!! The herb flavour is mainly mint with a hint of onion/garlic. If you like roast lamb and mint sauce then try these, I am sure you won't be disappointed.
