I visited this shop today for the first time in ages. Was most impressed by the helpful staff. There is a sale on just now and when I had picked my goods from the upstairs linen department the assistant (Robina) offered me a discount card for an extra 10% off on my first purchases. I mentioned I also wanted sandals and she went and brought up stock for me to look at, so I could pay all at once. Two other staff noticed I wasn`t looking well, and offered me a seat, also a drink of water.
It was a really hot, uncomfortable day, but the girls all remained cheery to all the customers, even the ones (and there were a few) who were grumpy to them. 10/10.
