This year I planted a couple of babycorn seeds as an experiment.
Now I have 2 plants about 5 feet tall and dont know what I am supposed to do with them.
Anyone got any advice or tips.

I tried planting some of these for the first time this year too (in greenhouse). Mine are also very tall and healthy, but not a corn cob in sight yet so perhaps this is normal. Im watering mine daily and living in hope that something will happen soon!!

Sweet corn needs to be grown in blocks to assist in pollination and the sooner you eat it after picking the more delicious it is. This link has some usfull tips.

we've grown this the last couple of years when the flowers appear shake the flowers over the neighbouring plants and the pollen falls into he the areas where the leaves leave (sorry no pun intended!!) the stem this is where the corns emerge from
we usually have gotten 2 to 3 corns per plant
