Dogs in cars

Please , please,please dop not leave your dogs in cars on such a hot day as today.
At the wick harbour fest today, two dogs were in a parked car in the sweltering heat, with closed windows. an announcement was made over the tanoy for the owner of the car. Me.......I would have announced it to the police. I was so angry at this. How can people be so cruel. would they sit in their car with windows shut in the sun...I dont think so.

Where is the sense in taking the dogs on an outing and then leaving them to cook in the swealtering sun..in a car with no windows open....some people are just plain and dangerously stupid...........hope the dogs were okay.
