Figured posting here would yeild the best chance of finding a new source for meat.
Looking for an alternative to buying from the butcher and internested in finding varieties and cuts that are not readily available up here. Such as rare breed pork, goat, venison, any game (hare, rabbit poultry) and super fresh offal.
Anybody out there know of anyone dealing in this? I have no problem buying half carcass' if need be. Maybe need to get a bit better at buchery though :)!
