Uneven lawn

I have a very bumpy and uneven lawn which can be quite hazardous to walk on. Can somebody please advise what to do about this? Do I need to dig it all up to level it out and if so does anyone know anybody who could do this for me at e reasonable cost? Thanks

You ll need to get it scraped back much easier with a digger if its a big lawn.
