its a 306 with a t16 engine from france very rare engine in britain!! running 300bhp at 16psi boost,the other side of the road was used because,he was in excess of the speed limit,i dare say if the normal side was kept it wud have been a bit of dodgy handling!!!
That was just a bit disappointing, I was expecting something to happen too, the engine sounds gutsy, you can't beat a V8 tho!
Am I missing something? What was special about that clip?Oh and it appeared to be 15 seconds long - not 10......wasting 5........no infact 15 seconds of my time.
We have always driven on the left - everybody who puts the steering wheel on the wrong side of the car needs to mark their boots R and L.

obviously bigger engine itll be quicker well it is but it was damp and the 240bhp thru the front wheels cud not grip so little 1.6 8valve won!!

And before anyone starts, I am not one of the cruisers, I just see them all being given a hard time for having an interest, after all isn’t this forum for local people to discuss their interests and views. From what I have seen, as soon as anyone starts a thread on this subject, the same gang of users openly attacks the thread starter. So much for a community forum for all ages and interests, seems to me if you’re not in the clique you should get out.
At least a discussion on cars is much more interesting than what music do you want played at your funeral.........

When the Chief Boyracer comes to us "older and wiser" ones and we try to give the benefit of our years he throws all his furry dice and nodding dogs out of his non existent chariot and accuses us of hijacking "his" thread.
I personally have no problem with people who wish to customise their cars - as I said before I would rather they spend their time and money on that than drugs or robbing folk. But the boy racers who drive around towns with illegally loud exhausts, blaring out drum and bass (or some ther noise) at full volume, doing doughnuts in the nearest carparks and gnerally causing a nuisance are NOT "genuine car enthusiasts" if you ask me. I have attended car shows/rallies and they are far removed from the bewinged, window tinting noise merchants that call themselves "cruisers". You said it yourself "it is only the minority of idiots that spoil the scene" - it's these idiots we're complaining about.

My signature??? I presume by that that you are assuming that I am another of the so-called "boy racers?" It could stand for a number of things? Could it not mean that I race cars/bikes legally on a track? Am I a member of a bobsleigh team or could it mean that I am stating a valid point, that brakes do slow you down?
